"Katherine or Catherine was so rude I was asking about my Insurance because I needed to cancel some vehicles she claimed to be the manager which you expect to be professional and help her customers but she wasn’t she was terrible didn’t do anything she was yelling at me and hung up twice called back and Gloria gave me some information but the manager was terrible, unprofessional and rude!!"
